The Role: Curve Royalty Systems is seeking an Associate Client Manager - North America to help manage client relationships as the primary point of contact. The role will provide proactive support while analyzing and resolving data issues using large datasets. This person will collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, improve processes, and enhance the overall client experience. We are always interested in learning what people their talents are and what they are curious about, and we actively look for ways to incorporate those strengths and interests into their role over time Who You Are: - 2+ years of relevant experience, whether through professional roles, education, personal projects, or active involvement in the music industry, ideally with exposure to client-facing work, royalties, accounting, copyright, or metadata - You are a clear communicator who enjoys working with people and building collaborative relationships through email and video calls with our clients and colleagues - You can leverage technology to make reviewing, reformatting and processing data more efficient - You have proficiency in Microsoft Excel and can creatively utilize formulas and tools such as XLOOKUP and Pivot Tables to review and reformat data effectively as a core part of your day-to-day work. An interest in working with Python and AI tools to automate repetitive data tasks are a big plus - You are a natural problem-solver who enjoys digging into complex challenges and figuring things out. You don't need to have all the answers up front, but you're able to investigate, ask the right questions and find a path forward - You have solid mathematical skills and are able to apply this to reviewing and analyzing royalty calculations - You take care in your work and pay close attention to the details - You are self-motivated, self-managed, and comfortable working independently in a remote team - You're naturally curious.
