About the Role We are seeking a skilled, proactive Video Editor to take full ownership of content production and distribution. This role focuses on building a seamless “film-and-forget” system—transforming raw recordings into high-performing content across YouTube, podcast platforms, Instagram, and TikTok. • Design and produce high-quality senior secondary mathematics lesson videos • Prototype different video styles, formats, and workflows to identify what works best • Translate complex maths concepts into explanations that are concise, engaging, and easy to follow • Use AI tools thoughtfully to speed up scripting, narration, visual development, editing, and production workflows • Work closely with our team to define what “great” looks like for lesson videos in this space • Research competitor offerings and help us create something better • Build production approaches that can scale across multiple books, topics, and state-based courses • Collaborate with educators and curriculum/content teams to ensure videos are pedagogically strong as well as visually polished

This is a remote position. The AI Multimedia Designer & Video Editor is responsible for creating high-quality visual and video content across digital platforms. This role combines graphic design, video production, and emerging AI tools to support marketing, branding, and web initiatives. You will work across a range of content types—from static graphics to fully produced videos—while using modern tools and workflows to improve efficiency and scale output without compromising quality.
