Transaction Analyst

RYZE

• Execute and audit assembly builds in NetSuite for manufacturing locations • Process and validate inventory adjustments related to production activity • Enter and verify item receipts from manufacturing partners • Validate Bills of Materials used in production • Identify discrepancies between expected vs. actual material usage • Ensure transactions are posted accurately by SKU, quantity, and location • Execute assembly builds related to kitting and finished goods • Process inventory adjustments tied to kitting, rework, or corrections • Enter and audit item receipts for warehouse locations • Validate BOMs used for kitting and finished goods assemblies • Ensure inventory data aligns with physical movements and partner reporting • Support inventory and manufacturing data accuracy for accounting and reporting • Verify processes are followed consistently across all locations • Perform data validation to identify posting errors or missing transactions • Assist with end-of-month inventory close and reconciliations • Provide transaction-level support for audits and variance explanations

Job Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with NetSuite, specifically inventory and manufacturing modules
  • Experience executing assembly builds, item receipts, and inventory adjustments
  • Strong understanding of Bills of Materials (BOMs) and inventory flows
  • Exceptional attention to detail and process discipline
  • Comfortable working across multiple locations, partners, and data sources
  • Ability to investigate discrepancies and follow transactions end-to-end
  • Strong written communication skills and documentation habits
  • Experience supporting accounting or month-end close processes is a plus

About the role: As an Invoicing Support Analyst on the Outage Support Services (OSS) team, you will be responsible for data collection, data analysis, data validation and working with teams to address any issues regarding all Reverse Bill Customers. You will support the Team Lead by ensuring that cash received ties out to the costs captured in SAP and any disputes are addressed with the Person Responsible. Key Responsibilities: - Gather payment information from customer systems - Perform line-item checks to confirm accuracy of quantities, rates, and extensions. - Flag and document discrepancies for escalation to the Person Responsible - Liaison between the data and person responsible for correcting billing rates and/or hours. - Compile weekly status summaries of pending and completed payment application. - Help generate standard KPI dashboards for review by the Team Lead. - Respond to routine inquiries regarding invoice status and data requirements. - Provide feedback on process bottlenecks and suggest small-scale efficiencies. - Participate in periodic process review sessions and help document best practices. - Attend training sessions on invoicing tools and workflows. - Share insights and shortcuts with peers through informal coaching. - Help with special projects and backup coverage during peak outage seasons. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in business related discipline - 1+ year of relevant experience - Basic certification in Accounting or ERP systems (e.g., SAP Certified User, QuickBooks Certification) - Understanding of the SAP Bid to Bank workflow - Basic familiarity with ERP/invoicing systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent). Description Under the direction of management and more senior members of the team, the Help Desk Support Analyst - Associate will provide day to day support remotely by telephone and chat, for the UPMC end user.
