Senior Manager, Finance
Outreach
• Develop and maintain highly accurate ARR forecasting models, including drivers across marketing, sales pipeline, geography, customer segment, product, and deal type • Forecast and manage revenue and expenses for sales functions, in close partnership with Revenue Accounting • Build scalable, easily consumable financial frameworks that translate GTM strategy into measurable performance indicators, improving target setting for revenue, margin, and operating investments • Drive insights and recommendations to improve GTM performance, both operationally and financially • Integrate AI into team workflows by setting clear expectations for adoption and leveraging AI tools to synthesize cross functional data, identify trends, and support faster, better-informed business decisions • Ensure data accuracy and track key performance indicators (e.g., contribution margin, LTV/CAC, efficiency) across geographies, segments, products, and deal types • Deliver quarterly analysis and executive level reporting, including variance to plan, highlighting key issues, risks, and business drivers • Lead the full sales compensation cycle, including analysis, reporting, administration, and partnership with Sales leadership on plan design • Own quota setting and capacity planning across all regions and segments • Build, develop, and lead a high performing team, fostering a culture of operational excellence, analytical rigor, and continuous improvement
Job Requirements
- 5+ years supporting GTM teams in a Finance role, preferably in a SaaS business
- Previous people management experience highly desired
- Extensive experience building digestible, auditable subscription revenue models in a SaaS environment
- Proven track record of developing and leading high performing teams
- Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate key drivers in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships across the organization
- Entrepreneurial, self-directed mindset with the ability to operate independently and in team settings
- Analytical, forward-thinking- problem solver with a positive, results driven- attitude
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail, a sense of ownership, and urgency
- Demonstrated ability to grow and scale teams effectively
