Provide guidance, training, and support to member firms in optimizing these tools for comprehensive financial planning. • Act as a consultant to member firms, responding to, monitoring, and tracking incoming inquiries. Offer tailored guidance on financial planning strategies, with a particular emphasis on retirement planning and tax implications. • Conduct thorough research on complex financial planning issues, including tax and retirement planning. Provide insights and recommendations that enhance the planning strategies of member firms. • Create, revise, and present financial planning materials and deliverables to ensure they are technically accurate and accessible to a variety of audiences. • Advocate for and contribute to the development of planning solutions and tools that align with Triad's mission. • Drive innovation by managing and participating in projects that support member firms' success. • Work closely with partner firms, clients, and prospects to provide consulting services related to comprehensive financial planning. • Lead and support planning-related projects and initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time and meet the strategic goals of Triad. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and legislative changes that may impact financial planning and advisory services. Share relevant insights with member firms and the Triad team. • Contribute to Triad's thought leadership by taking initiative in areas such as innovation, creativity, and the development of best practices within the financial planning domain.
