• Provide support and maintenance CAD tools used by IC designers include Synopsys Custom Compiler, Primesim, VCS, ICV, StarRC, Virtuoso, ADE, various simulation tools, and Verilog / System Verilog • Help maintain and update CAD libraries and databases. • Develop and maintain scripts using Python, Perl, Tcl, and Cadence SKILL to automate design processes and improve efficiency. • Work with CAD tool vendors to evaluate new tools, solve bugs, improve usability, etc. • Develop infrastructure to support design work in new process technologies. • Collaborate with design engineers to refine and improve existing designs flow based on feedback. • Assist users in understanding and resolving technical issues related to CAD designs. • Provide clear and concise explanations of complex technical concepts to non-technical users. • Communicate effectively with users to diagnose and resolve technical problems. • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in design and documentation. • Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and other team members. • Organize and manage documentation to ensure easy retrieval and reference.

• Evaluate existing bioinformatics pipelines for performance, accuracy, and maintainability, identifying opportunities for optimization and enhancement • Develop, extend, and maintain Nextflow workflows for bulk RNA-seq, single-cell RNA-seq, DNA variant calling, methylation analysis, and emerging assay types • Architect scalable solutions capable of processing thousands of samples efficiently on Google Cloud Platform • Optimize data input/output operations across pipeline modules to minimize bottlenecks and reduce computational costs • Prepare and structure analysis outputs for visualization platforms and downstream statistical or machine learning applications • Implement best practices for workflow versioning, containerization, testing, and documentation • Collaborate with computational biologists, data scientists, and software engineers to integrate pipelines into broader analytical ecosystems • Stay current with advances in sequencing technologies and analytical methods, evaluating and incorporating new tools as appropriate

• Refactor and Maintain Web Scrapers • Overhaul existing scraping scripts to improve reliability, maintainability, and efficiency. • Implement best coding practices (clean code, modular architecture, code reviews, etc.) to ensure quality and sustainability. • Implement Advanced Scraping Techniques • Utilize sophisticated fingerprinting methods (cookies, headers, user-agent rotation, proxies) to avoid detection and blocking. • Handle dynamic content, navigate complex DOM structures, and manage session/cookie lifecycles effectively. • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams • Work closely with analysts and other stakeholders to gather requirements, align on targets, and ensure data quality. • Provide support, documentation, and best practices to internal stakeholders to ensure effective use of our web scraped data in critical reporting workflows. • Monitor and Troubleshoot • Develop robust monitoring solutions, alerting frameworks to quickly identify and address failures. • Continuously evaluate scraper performance, proactively diagnosing bottlenecks and scaling issues. • Drive Continuous Improvement • Propose new tooling, methodologies, and technologies to enhance our scraping capabilities and processes. • Stay up to date with industry trends, evolving bot-detection tactics, and novel approaches to web data extraction.
