Regulatory Document Intern
Leidos
• Assist with tracking and organizing contract deliverables (CDRLs) • Support the scheduling and coordination of document submissions • Help prepare, review, and format reports and deliverables for submission • Participate in team meetings and assist with the documentation of action items • Coordinate with team members to ensure timelines and requirements are understood • Maintain organized records of all documentation and delivery statuses • Support process improvement efforts and documentation standardization
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (Business, English, Communications, Information Systems, or related field preferred)
- US citizenship required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple tasks
- Clearance: Ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance
