In this role, you will be responsible for accurately capturing, updating, and maintaining data across various platforms and systems. You'll work closely with UK-based clients to ensure their data is always clean, current, and ready for use. If you have a sharp eye for detail and thrive in a structured, remote environment — this role is for you. Key Responsibilities - Accurately capture and input data from multiple sources into designated systems and databases - Review, verify, and correct data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency - Maintain and update existing records, flagging any discrepancies or missing information - Generate and distribute regular data reports to internal teams and clients - Assist with data migration and clean-up projects as required - Follow data management protocols and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information - Communicate with team leads and clients regarding data queries or issues - Meet daily and weekly data capture targets within agreed timelines Requirements - Minimum 1 year of experience in a data capture, data entry, or administrative role - Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools - Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 45 WPM preferred) - Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Comfortable working independently in a remote, self-managed environment - Good written communication skills in English - Experience with CRM systems or data management platforms is an advantage - Reliable internet connection and a dedicated, quiet workspace Equipment & Setup - A reliable laptop or desktop computer (Windows or Mac) - Stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 20 Mbps - Backup power solution (UPS or generator) for load shedding - A quiet, professional workspace suitable for remote work What's on Offer - R18,000 per month (paid in ZAR) - Fully remote work — operate from anywhere in South Africa - Monday to Friday schedule aligned with UK business hours - Full training and onboarding provided - Career growth opportunities within a fast-growing recruitment company
