Call Center Support Team Operator About the program: The program provides Army National Guard (ARNG) with the necessary guidance, technical, and administrative support to expand the awareness and consideration of the ARNG through social media platforms and provide call center assistance to assist recruiters and increase recruiting leads. Candidate must reside in the state of Tennessee around the Greater Nashville Area Fully Remote** Duties and Responsibilities - Serve as the first point of contact for ARNG prospects, influencers, and prior service members looking for answers to help inform their decision-making - Help identify where those with propensity to join the service are in their decision journey - Help facilitate a prospect's transition into a converted lead - Monitor voicemails via in Contact Telephone System Software during business hours - Handle responses to inquiries within designated periods - Handle supervisor-assigned voicemails received after business hours - Responsible for responding to complex inquiries on a broad scope of topics Education - High School Diploma Minimum Qualifications Please note: Candidate must reside in the state of Tennessee around the Greater Nashville Area - Current experience and the ability to continuously learn the most current ARNG personnel and recruiting policies - Communications and comprehension skills in English, both oral and written - Possess the capability to articulate well - Experience with Microsoft Office products - Demonstrated capability to perform administrative work - Self-starter and good time management skills - U.S. citizenship required - Ability to pass background investigation - Ability to make simple adaptations and interpretations of provided reference materials Physical Requirements: The physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
