ROLE OVERVIEW Sitting within the Commercial organisation and reporting to the Promotions & Marketing Director, the Head of Lobby is responsible for driving player engagement, game discovery, and revenue through the lobby across our ecosystem. The role bridges Commercial, Product, and Analytics, translating insights into clear, measurable outcomes. The Head of Lobby will lead a small team covering sales enablement, operations, product validation, and data analysis. They are accountable for aligning these functions to deliver against commercial objectives, while being willing to step into the detail to solve problems directly and push initiatives forward, particularly as the function continues to scale. This role is critical in shaping the end-to-end player journey within the Pragmatic lobby, ensuring it is intuitive, effective, and fun. That means living and breathing our lobby product, obsessing over real user data and metrics, and working with key stakeholders across the business to deliver against commercial objectives. This is a hands-on leadership role that can be based in Gibraltar, Malta, Isle of Man, or remote. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES Commercial Ownership & Adoption - Own the commercial positioning and value proposition of the lobby product and drive - adoption and expansion of lobby usage across operators - Partner with Account Management to increase lobby uptake and identify underutilised - opportunities across operators for our lobby product - Develop operator-facing materials (decks, demos, case studies) to support sales and - upsell efforts - Define and deliver clear USPs for the lobby, including integration with promotional tools - and other betting features - Drive cross-sell between product verticals (e.g. Slots to Live Casino) through effective - lobby setup and journeys - Gather and synthesize client and player feedback and translate it into concrete - improvements. Track resolutions, verify the fixes, and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders - Analyse how our testing and deployment cycles are working versus expectation and formulate suggestions on how to improve them Strategic product inputs - Translate commercial insights into clear product requirements and business cases - Partner with Product to prioritise roadmap features that drive measurable impact - Participate in design reviews and ensure features align with player and operator needs - Interpret user behaviour data and identify improvement opportunities - such as featured content, game ordering, displayed assets, and layout changes - Own best practices for lobby structure, content placement, and game discovery (categories, positioning, featured content) Competitive analysis - Constantly playtest Pragmatic and competitor lobby features and document the analysis methods for repeatable evaluation processes. - Deliver thoughtful competitive analysis by frequently evaluating competitor products, anticipating their direction, and offering suggestions for our ecosystem. Present findings to various audiences with clear, actionable recommendations. - Analyse adjacent industries and products to see if there are things we can incorporate into our product ecosystem. Team Leadership & Execution - Lead and develop a team covering lobby commercials and operations - Set clear priorities and translate commercial needs into clear direction for the team - Step in to execute where needed, particularly to unblock progress or accelerate delivery. - Lead by example in a hands-on environment. - Build scalable processes and structure over time without slowing down delivery ROLE REQUIREMENTS Key Experience Areas - You must have experience working on commercials and sales for Casino products. - You must have experience working with BI & data science teams to define and pull operational data necessary for you to conduct your responsibilities. - You must have experience with user acceptance testing and playtesting. You must understand how to filter, prepare, and present information and results from these processes in a way that is actionable. - You will be presenting a lot of information to different audiences around the business. You need to have mastery over the Office Suite and any other digital design products that can clearly communicate and relay your ideas. - You should have experience doing competitive analyses and understand how to filter, prepare, and present this information in a way that is actionable. - Ideally you will have experience analysing acquisition, retention, and user experience data in a complex, large-scale product portfolio, ideally with experience in iGaming. - Ideally you will have tested and/or play tested games and other digital products. - Ideally you will have some technical background or knowledge. PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS You should: - Be an expert communicator both visually and verbally. Your insights should nearly speak for themselves; however, you still need to be able to walk different audiences through them in detail. For example, explaining them to stakeholders versus relaying the details of what you’d like built to development. - Discuss constructively and diplomatically.
