Senior Consultant, Azure Government – CMMC

• Advise with authority—guide clients through Azure Government, Microsoft 365 GCC High, CMMC Level 2, NIST SP 800-171, and other mission-critical frameworks. • Drive transformation—lead high-impact cloud migrations, compliance remediations, and digital modernization projects from concept to completion. • Deliver with precision—create SOWs, estimates, POAMs, and reports that are clear, concise, and ready for executive review. • Build trust—forge lasting client partnerships through measurable results and exceptional communication. • Elevate our edge—shape internal best practices, develop solution accelerators, and share expertise to strengthen the entire team.

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, cloud architecture, compliance consulting, or Microsoft Government environments
  • 3+ years of Microsoft 365 mastery – Advanced proficiency with GCC High, Azure AD, Intune, Defender, Purview, and Sentinel.
  • Compliance leadership – Hands-on knowledge of CMMC Level 2, NIST SP 800-171, ISO 27001, NIST SP 800-53, and FedRAMP.
  • Documentation & governance skills –Expert in POAM development, RMF package management, and SSP/SPR/MED advisory
  • Tool familiarity – Experience with GRC platforms, AvePoint, Nerdio, ERP tools, and Azure Migrate.
  • Project delivery track record – Successfully led cloud migrations, modernization, or compliance remediation initiatives.
  • Client-ready communication – Strong ability to write estimates, SOWs, and other client-facing deliverables.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for both technical and executive audiences.
  • Security eligibility – U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance.
