We’re looking for a Course Creator who combines creativity with instructional design expertise, someone passionate about transforming content into engaging learning experiences that truly resonate with end users. What you’ll be doing - Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content using Easygenerator. - Convert existing customer learning materials into interactive, user-friendly courses. - Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and define target audiences. - Set clear instructional goals and ensure content aligns with learning objectives. - Apply instructional design theories, methodologies, and best practices. - Analyze trends in learning technologies and continuously improve course quality. - Write, edit, and paraphrase instructional content to enhance clarity and engagement. - Design structured lessons and contribute to curriculum planning. What you’ll bring - 1+ year of relevant experience in course creation, instructional design, or e-learning. - Excellent command of English, both written and spoken. - Strong listening, organizational, and communication skills. - Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box. - Collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. - Basic understanding of instructional design principles and learning methodologies.
