UGC Operations Manager
Knowunity
• Own 20–30 UGC creators end-to-end: Sourcing, onboarding, communication, motivation, performance tracking, payment • Review content and give structured feedback fast: Enforce quality and brand alignment without slowing creators down • Track performance metrics weekly: Views, engagement, conversion and surface insights to the growth team • Coordinate posting schedules across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts • Spot what’s working, kill what isn’t: Identify top performers and double down relentlessly • Support light social media management alongside creator work
Job Requirements
- You have an active presence on TikTok and/or Instagram, even if small, and ideally some first experience managing creators or influencers
- You are based in the US and available 20–30 hours per week on a freelance basis, with flexibility to collaborate across time zones with a Berlin-based team
- You take a structured, data-driven approach to performance tracking, content scheduling, and creator feedback
- You bring genuine creativity and are able to develop original ideas rather than simply replicating trends
- You are familiar with AI tools for content research, briefing, or identifying trends
- You're genuinely passionate about TikTok, social media, and content creation — it energizes you, not drains you.

What you will be doing: - Work as part of the energy efficiency team ensuring that the evaluation, implementation, and verification of utility-sponsored energy efficiency projects are successfully executed. - Collaborate with IT, Reporting, Marketing, and Customer Care teams. - Conduct analyses to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement. - Assist with processing incoming project applications. - Review project application forms and submittals to ensure compliance with program policies and procedures. - Coordination with program staff, billing specialists, and project leads to support monthly invoicing timelines - Support basic quality control checks to ensure invoices are complete, accurate, and submitted on time - Assist with documentation updates and process improvements related to invoicing and program administration Skills you will use: - Energy Program Operations: Understanding of utility-sponsored energy efficiency programs and commercial building technologies. - Process & Compliance Review: Skilled in reviewing project applications and ensuring adherence to program policies and procedures. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working with IT, Reporting, Marketing, and Customer Care teams to support program delivery. - Analytical Thinking: Ability to identify trends and opportunities for improvement through data analysis.
