Job DetailsJob Location: Remote - Various, OH 43229Position Type: Full TimeFounded in 1970, Children’s Hunger Alliance (CHA) is a statewide nonprofit organization dedicated to ending childhood hunger, collaborating with organizations throughout Ohio to provide nutritious meals to at-risk children who need them most. CHA partners with in-home childcare providers, childcare centers, afterschool, and summer programs to provide balanced, nutritious meals to children in their care. Additionally, they work with schools to increase breakfast participation and provide weekend meals to students. CHA educators also deliver nutrition education and lead children in physical activities to support children’s long-term health. Job Purpose: Recruit and train child care centers and family child care providers in operating the Child and Adult Care Programs (CACFP); conduct monitoring reviews and complete required documentation; provide technical assistance and customer service to child care centers staff and family child care providers; conduct and report outreach activities; participate in regional, state and team meetings; all other duties as assigned. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Recruit and train child care centers staff and family child care providers. Conduct on-site monitoring reviews of child care centers and in-home reviews of family child care providers. Provide technical assistance/customer service to child care centers and family child care providers to ensure they are claiming and meeting program requirements. Review and process all required paperwork. Monitor and process disallowances on monthly claims. Train and support providers and center staff on the Minute Menu system. Conduct and report outreach activities for child care centers and family child care providers. Conduct and report center and provider resource distribution. Maintain an organized electronic file for each child care center and family child care provider, including all required documents. Develop and maintain appropriate community contacts to increase awareness of CACFP and bring additional resources to the program. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of CACFP regulations of ODE, USDA, CHA, etc.; especially policies and procedure related to child care centers and family child care meal pattern requirements. Complete and submit on time, accurate weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly reports to Director of Child Care Centers and Family Child Care Manager. Assist in the development of promotion, education, and program specific resources. Participate in regional, state, and team meetings. Follow Ohio law regarding reporting of cases of suspected child abuse/neglect. All other duties as assigned. QualificationsJob Qualifications: Associate’s Degree in Nutrition, Child Development/Early Childhood Education or 2 years relevant experience deemed appropriate; experience with structured child care programs and training preferred Valid State of Ohio Driver’s License Knowledge of USDA Child and Adult Care Food Program regulations and the following: -Child nutrition,child development, Early Childhood Education -Program implementation and evaluation Skills: Highly effective communication and presentation skills-written and oral Planning, organizing, prioritizing and time management skills; able to manage multiple tasks Ability to work with diverse individuals and groups Ability to use computer, including email, the Internet, and various software programs Ability to use technology and innovative strategies to create effective nutrition education materials and train adults Positive and resilient Job Working Condition: Typical office environment Frequent travel within Region

Leader in concept development across multiple audit verticals. This includes specifying the concept, interact with client to test and gain acceptance. Provides oversight to audit team for verification of claims validation, insurance or employer validation in concise written or oral manner. Makes determinations based on advanced experience of client knowledge of contract terms, likelihood of acceptance recovery. - Reviews provider Contracts. Subject matter expert in contracts and research requirements. Implements recommendations on contracts to fit projects within standard reports such as medical policies, state and federal statutes. - Validates New Claim Types. With proficiency, utilizes audit tools to evaluate, document and validate to audit and client new claims and concept effectiveness. Ensures that any new and existing concepts are achieving desired goals in terms of recoveries, collectability and client acceptance. - Auditor Development. Key participants in the development of audit staff. Actively trains audit team to execute basic, intermediate and complex audit projects with focus on new and existing audit concepts. May participate in auditor assessment, progression process, staffing functions. - QA Claim Association/Concepts. Responsible for performing quality control process.
