Television Licence Field Officer

As a Field Officer, you’ll help customers understand TV licence requirements and guide them toward solutions that fit their needs—all while enjoying great rewards and flexible work. This flexible shift pattern lets you choose what suits your lifestyle, while supporting customers when they need us most. Home-Based: You’ll start and end each day from home, visiting properties around Manchester (ideally living in M postcodes). Core Responsibilities: Visit addresses with no TV licence, explain options, manage payment plans, record details, and occasionally attend court. You’ll be supported by a network of colleagues and given all equipment required. Who should apply?
