About the role: As an Engineering Director, you will be responsible for leading EMCDs development organization and driving the evolution of our platform architecture. Your role will involve optimizing development and delivery processes, implementing AI-powered automation, ensuring secure and predictable releases and fostering a culture of delivery excellence across multidisciplinary teams. Responsibilities: - Organize and optimize software development and delivery processes, including planning, prioritization, reporting and resolving cross-team dependencies. - Lead the transition to a platform architecture: drive system integrations, ensure SLA compliance and provide support to engineering teams. - Implement AI-driven tools to automate development workflows, release processes and CI/CD pipelines. - Ensure the quality and predictability of releases: reduce defects, control Time to Market, and conduct post-mortem analysis. - Establish an end-to-end process for tracking ideas tasks releases metrics, with full transparency for the business. - Integrate information security practices into the development lifecycle (Security by Design). - Foster a culture of Delivery Excellence through team training, continuous feedback and structured performance reviews. Requirements: - 5+ years of leadership experience in engineering or IT teams. - Proven track record managing multidisciplinary teams and engineering leads. - Hands-on experience with platform architecture implementation and large-scale integrations. - Practical experience applying AI tools to development and CI/CD processes. - Deep understanding of software development, release management and DevOps practices. - Experience with information security in software development (Security by Design). - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence diverse teams. - English language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
