We are looking for a strategic Infrastructure Operations Lead to oversee and evolve our infrastructure capabilities by leading both an established DevOps team and a newly formed SRE function. In this role, you will drive operational excellence across a Platform-as-a-Service architecture supporting 30+ products within a high-load blockchain and fintech environment. You will operate in a global engineering organization of 100+ specialists, shaping reliability, scalability, and efficiency at platform level. Tech Environment Bare-metal Kubernetes, Go, PostgreSQL, Kafka, GitLab CI, ArgoCD, Grafana, ELK stack.
