Job Description

Sales Executive

SCS Global Services

• Generate revenue for SCS Global Services Europe by selling existing programs and services to current and prospective clients • Generate new business through sales leads, promoting assigned services, preparing proposals, and closing sales • Work directly with the European team for various programs and countries • Implement sales strategy and initiatives to generate qualified leads • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and the sales team on event/activities coordination

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales or Business Development, ideally in testing, inspection, certification (TIC) and sustainability sectors
  • 3+ years of experience in a B2B environment selling highly technical programs or services
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or similar field or 2+ years of equivalent work experience
  • Ability to comprehend and sell highly technical programs and services
  • Focus on data-driven sales initiatives
  • Good knowledge of sales and business performance metrics
  • Passion for sales and best practices with different B2B sales techniques
  • Capacity to prepare clean, presentable, and professional deliverables
  • Well-developed communication and presentation skills; able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Strong desire to learn and expand knowledge about certification services and sustainability programs along with a professional drive
  • Full fluency in English and professional proficiency in at least one other major EU language (preference for two languages besides English), including German, Spanish, French, Italian, or Dutch
  • Proficient with business software including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Sales CRM systems including experience with Salesforce
