• Define and execute a 360° marketing and content strategy aligned with Dialog’s identity and sales and retention objectives. • Lead demand-generation initiatives: SEO, SEM, paid campaigns, email marketing, webinars, events and ABM. • Directly manage the partnerships area and all related activities. • Manage brand presence: social media, blog, media and strategic partnerships. • Develop and maintain an editorial calendar covering top-, mid- and bottom-funnel content (e.g., articles, whitepapers, case studies, videos). • Optimize the website and digital channels to convert traffic into MQLs, with continuous monitoring of KPIs such as CAC, LTV and ROI. • Oversee the creation of sales materials: pitch decks, one-pagers, playbooks and enablement content. • Monitor marketing and content performance (KPIs, pipeline, organic metrics and engagement) and present executive reports with actionable insights. • Manage the marketing budget, prioritizing high-impact initiatives and maximizing ROI. • Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team (production, content, digital, events), as well as external vendors and freelancers. • Collaborate closely with Product, Sales and Customer Success to ensure alignment across positioning, customer journey and messaging. • Represent Dialog publicly at events, webinars and partner/influencer groups.

• Planejar, produzir e executar conteúdos estratégicos para diferentes canais e formatos (blog, materiais ricos, e-mails, roteiros, webinars e entrevistas). • Sustentar o calendário editorial de marketing, garantindo o alinhamento com as estratégias da marca, campanhas, eventos, lançamentos de produto e objetivos comerciais. • Criar roteiros e acompanhar gravações de cases de sucesso com clientes e webinars com especialistas da Dialog e do mercado. • Conduzir conversas e entrevistas com clientes, parceiros, entidades e lideranças internas para traduzir informações técnicas em conteúdos claros e atrativos. • Fazer curadoria de pautas em tempo real, identificando tendências, dados, notícias e dores dos públicos de RH e Comunicação Interna para gerar insights imediatos. • Utilizar ferramentas de Inteligência Artificial de forma estratégica para apoiar a pesquisa, ideação, otimização e revisão, mantendo o olhar crítico e o padrão de qualidade editorial. • Analisar indicadores de performance (tráfego, engajamento, conversão, ranqueamento e leads) em parceria com o time de Growth. • Atuar de forma integrada com as áreas de Produto, Comercial, CS e Parcerias para transformar aprendizados do negócio em narrativas consistentes para o mercado.

• Lead the design of strategic product features with autonomy to propose, challenge, and define direction • Work side by side with the PO and developers on complex problems, contributing from definition through handoff • Structure and advance the use of AI in the product upstream: assisted prototyping (v0, Lovable, Figma Make, Cursor, Replit), generation of variations for testing, accelerating discovery • Deliver navigable, testable prototypes in short cycles, ready for direct implementation by the tech team • Lead the evolution of our Design System, bringing UX and UI rigor • Act as a development partner to a PO in training, helping unlock strategic and architectural thinking • Provide visibility and narrative on the impact of AI in our product process

• Manage sales opportunities within the sales pipeline • Deliver online product demonstrations to leads • Identify and qualify business opportunities to ensure sales targets are met • Tailor messaging and approach to the profile of each lead and industry segment • Identify leads' pain points and present the most suitable solutions • Prepare commercial proposals that clearly convey the value of the investment • Accurately maintain the CRM to ensure visibility of sales potential • Develop strategies to improve processes and increase results • Influence internal teams and external partners on process and planning decisions to exceed targets

• Be responsible for the quality, consistency, and governance of the company's data • Design, build, and maintain analytical models in the Data Warehouse • Develop and evolve data pipelines within modern data architectures • Work with Data Lake and Data Warehouse in an integrated manner • Build scalable, high-performance ETL and ELT processes • Collaborate with the Engineering team to define events, schemas, and data contracts • Support the AI team with reliable data for training, analysis, and experimentation • Ensure data is ready for consumption by BI, Product, and AI teams • Contribute to defining the company's data architecture and best practices
