Invest in us and we’ll invest in you. Job Description Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Business Analyst to join our consulting team. In this role, you will work closely with clients, product teams, and delivery colleagues to define, analyse, and shape business and technology solutions. You will bring strong business analysis fundamentals, hands-on Agile delivery experience, and the ability to operate confidently with senior stakeholders. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and enjoys solving complex business problems. Key Responsibilities - · Lead end-to-end business analysis activities across discovery, design, and delivery phases, including facilitating workshops and stakeholder sessions. - · Engage, influence, and advise senior stakeholders, including policy makers and C-suite representatives. - · Elicit, analyse, and document requirements using user stories, process maps, and supporting artefacts to build and refine product backlogs. - · Perform root cause analysis and translate business needs into clear, actionable solution designs and system specifications. - · Conduct options analysis, feasibility assessments, and contribute to solution recommendations. - · Analyse and help shape AI and data-driven use cases in collaboration with technical and data teams. - · Manage stakeholders across all levels—from executive sponsors to delivery teams—both internally and client-side. - · Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across all testing phases to ensure solutions meet business needs and are release-ready. Qualifications - 8+ years of Proven business analysis experience within a consultancy environment. - · Strong track record of producing high-quality documentation, including Business Requirements Documents and process models. - · Practical experience working in Agile delivery teams, ideally within a User-Centred Design (UCD) context. - · Experience reviewing Functional Specification Documents to ensure alignment with business requirements and standards. - · Demonstrated experience working across both large-scale programmes and smaller, fast-moving initiatives. - · Ability to define, shape, and design effective business solutions. - · Strong planning and self-management skills, with the ability to work to tight deadlines. - · Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences. - · Practical experience using GenAI and Large Language Model (LLM) tools within the software development lifecycle as a Business Analyst. - · Exposure to modern BI and analytics tools.
