Role Description We are seeking a creative Junior Video Editor to join our marketing team. You’ll help bring our brand to life by editing video content for social media, ads, and campaign launches. This is a great opportunity if you’re passionate about storytelling, fashion/fitness content, and want to grow your skills in a supportive, fast-paced environment. - Edit short-form video content for social media (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) using raw footage or brand-produced clips. - Assemble content for product launches, promotions, and lifestyle videos that align with the Bombshell aesthetic. - Add text overlays, captions, music, transitions, and perform basic color correction and audio balancing for polished final videos. - Ensure all content formats meet platform requirements (aspect ratio, resolution, length, etc.). - Collaborate with marketing, design, and creative teams to execute campaign briefs. - Organize media files, maintain project folders, and manage the asset library. - Meet deadlines and handle multiple projects or requests simultaneously. - Stay updated on social media video trends and propose creative ideas for content. Qualifications - 1–2 years of experience in video editing or equivalent freelance/academic experience. - Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve. - Basic familiarity with motion graphics or animation tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects) is a plus. - Strong sense of visual storytelling, pacing, and editing rhythm. - Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines. - Ability to work independently in a remote setup and communicate clearly with team members. - Passion for fashion, lifestyle, or fitness content is a plus.
