Contexte La Direction des Projets Urbains, département Production France et International constitue le bureau d’études des infrastructures Urbaines de SYSTRA. Le département de Production France et international regroupe les corps d’état techniques et architecturaux en charge des études des infrastructures réalisées par SYSTRA. Ces études sont réalisées sur les projets Français et internationaux. Ces équipes interviennent dans les phases de conception, de supervision de travaux et de suivi de la mise en service des installations. Missions/Responsabilités Le département PFI recherche un ingénieur CVC/Plomberie capable de réaliser les études de conception, VISA et suivi d’exécution des installations techniques de chauffage, ventilation, climatisation et plomberie. Sa mission principale consiste à mener des études de dimensionnements et conceptions des systèmes de Ventilation/désenfumage et CVC (Chauffage, Ventilation et Climatisation), dans le cadre des projets de bâtiments et d’infrastructures de transport. Plus particulièrement, il aura les responsabilités suivantes : - Dimensionnement et conception des systèmes CVC et désenfumage des bâtiments et ouvrages aériens, souterrains, des ateliers de maintenance ainsi que d’autres typologies de bâtiments, dans le cadre de projets en France et à l’international ; - Accompagnement des Projeteurs dans l’élaboration des plans et des dossiers graphiques, sous REVIT et AUTOCAD (supervision et vérification) ; - Rédaction des documents techniques (Etude de faisabilité, spécifications fonctionnelles et techniques, rédaction des documents d’appel d’offre, élaboration bordereau de quantités estimées, chiffrage des installations…) ; - Réalisation des simulations thermiques dynamiques sur virtual environment et réalisation des calculs règlementaires thermiques sur climawin ; - Analyse technico-économique des offres - Réalisation des VISAS des études d’exécution des entreprises Profil/Compétences FORMATION : Ecole d'Ingénieur avec une spécialisation thermique EXPERIENCE : Minimum 5 ans COMPETENCES TECHNIQUES : - Expérience obligatoire dans le domaine CVC et ventilation /désenfumage, en bâtiment en BET, conception - Base de connaissance minimum en plomberie - Maitrise des outils de simulations numériques en mécaniques des fluides et thermique (Virtual environment / Climawin un plus)… - Anglais courant (un plus) - Maîtrise du Français parlé et écrit - Maîtrise d’Autocad QUALITES PERSONNELLES : - Bon relationnel - Organisation - Autonomie - Rigueur SYSTRA est une entreprise handi-accueillante.
