Senior Frontend Developer

Role Description We’re looking for a Senior Frontend Developer to join our team and contribute to its continued growth. Location and type of contract: - Warsaw (Poland) - fully remote work (B2B contract); - Vilnius (Lithuania) - hybrid/remote (B2B or employment contract). What You'll Do: - Architect, develop, and maintain scalable frontend applications using Angular and/or React depending on the project stack; - Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend engineers to deliver end-to-end features; - Lead technical discussions and code reviews, enforcing quality standards and best practices; - Drive improvements in frontend performance, accessibility, and developer experience; - Participate in project estimations, sprint planning, and cross-team sync meetings; - Mentor mid-level and junior frontend developers within the team; - Contribute to internal knowledge sharing: tech talks, documentation, coding guidelines. Qualifications - 5+ years of professional frontend development experience; - Strong proficiency in Angular (v12+): RxJS, NgRx/Akita, Angular Material, lazy loading, custom directives and pipes; - Strong proficiency in React (v17+): hooks, Context API or Redux/Zustand, React Query, component design patterns; - Deep understanding of TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, responsive design; - Experience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL integration; - Solid knowledge of testing practices: Jest, Jasmine, Cypress, Testing Library; - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows (GitFlow / trunk-based); - Strong communication skills in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher). Requirements - Knowledge of micro-frontend architecture (Module Federation); - Familiarity with design systems (Storybook, Figma handoff); - Basic understanding of Node.js / BFF patterns; - Experience with Nx monorepo tooling; - Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
