Vous avez une appétence pour les questions relatives au développement durable et à la responsabilité sociétale (DD&RS) ? Alors postulez pour devenir ingénieur pédagogique en charge de la conception et la construction pédagogique d’une Unité d’Enseignement dédiée à la transition écologique ! - Piloter le déploiement de l’Unité TEDS - Réaliser un diagnostic, actualiser et adapter le matériel pédagogique de l’unité TEDS, en lien avec les équipes enseignantes dédiées et la Mission développement durable et responsabilité sociétale. - Adapter l'offre de formation aux engagements de l'établissement et au contexte règlementaire dans le domaine de la transition écologique et sociétale. - Accompagner les enseignants dans l’appropriation des ressources TEDS et des méthodes pédagogiques associées. - Piloter le déploiement du dispositif dans les formations concernées au Cnam (licences, masters, certificats, titres…) et dans les autres établissements impliqués dans le projet ConfluencES. - Mettre en place le suivi et l’évaluation du dispositif (indicateurs d’adoption, taux de réussite, satisfaction). - Intégration et tests techniques des modules sur la plateforme de formation. - Participation aux réunions de pilotage du projet TEDS et production de bilans réguliers. - Elaborer un référentiel interne des ressources pédagogiques en matière de transition écologique - Référencer et centraliser les ressources existantes au sein du Cnam. - Recenser les ressources en ligne disponibles (MOOC, offre UVED, etc.) en dehors du Cnam en vue de leur éventuelle adaptation/intégration à l’offre de formation. - Coordonner la production et l’intégration des ressources numériques référencées sur les plateformes LMS (Moodle). - Contribuer à la mutualisation et la valorisation des ressources pédagogiques produites. - Contribuer à la diffusion de ce référentiel de ressources. - Assurer des missions de veille et formation - Assurer une veille sur les pratiques d’enseignement autour des enjeux écologiques et durables. - Concevoir et scénariser, en fonction des besoins, de modules hybrides ou à distance (capsules vidéo, quiz, ressources interactives). - Organiser des ateliers de co-conception avec les enseignants. - Animer des formations, proposer éventuellement un accompagnement individuel et collectif. Qualifications - Domaine / Spécialisation : ingénierie de la formation, sciences de l’éducation, environnement, médiation scientifique ou équivalent. - Niveau d'expérience minimum requise : 1 à 2 ans minimum dans la conception et le déploiement de dispositifs pédagogiques, hybrides ou numériques. Requirements - Connaissance de l’environnement de l’enseignement supérieur et de la recherche. - Bonne connaissance et compréhension des enjeux liés à la transition écologique et à la responsabilité sociétale (RSE). - Maitrise des techniques de présentations écrites et orales. - Capacité à concevoir et développer des projets d’ingénierie pédagogique et en scénarisation multimédia. - Animer un réseau d’acteurs et des groupes de travail. - Rédiger des rapports, synthèses et documents techniques. - Gestion de projet transversal.
