Job Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in project-based work — as a freelancer or project team member in changing client and requirement environments
- Solid foundation in web technologies and associated tooling — from build tools and CI/CD to REST APIs, relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non-relational databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis), and frameworks like Spring Boot
- Genuine full-stack mindset: frontend, backend, DevOps, observability
- Experience with TypeScript and either Angular or React.js on the frontend
- Proficiency in at least one additional statically typed language — ideally Kotlin or Java
- DevOps experience: you understand how software is deployed to production and how to keep it stable there
- Experience with scripting languages like Ruby or Python is a plus
- Bonus: app development with React Native or Flutter
- You have actively worked with AI in software development
- Experience working in 100% remote environments
- You communicate clearly, truly listen, and don’t hide behind tickets
- Fluent German and good English skills
