• Perform manual QA testing of UI features and new development releases • Validate application functionality against requirements and expected behavior • Identify, document, and track bugs or inconsistencies • Collaborate with developers to ensure high-quality product releases • Provide technical support to clients via email, chat, and phone • Troubleshoot issues and guide users toward effective solutions • Help improve internal QA and support processes • Assist with documentation and knowledge base updates
