As a Part-Time Retail Sales Merchandiser, you will be responsible for visiting retailers like Walmart and Target within your assigned territory. Your goal is to ensure our products are available on-shelf and presented correctly for the customer. This includes stocking shelves, building and maintaining product displays, monitoring store inventory, and selling in additional products directly to stores. Please note this is a field based position working 24 hours per week (weekdays) and you will be required to work during our core business hours in your set market. The market will consist of a minimum of 24 retail locations (Walmart, Target). This role offers competitive hourly rates plus a monthly car allowance, bonus program & a business cell phone. SPRING, TX (Houston North) Market Area: Central Zip Code of Territory 77389 How will you create impact? - Build and maintain relationships with store-level management, acting as the face of Spin Master in the field. - Merchandise shelves, execute planned promotions, and build incremental in-store displays for our toys. - Negotiate with store management to sell in products and promotional displays through our Direct-to-Store Sales Program. - Provide retail insights by submitting accurate data and photos through our retail merchandising app. What are your skills and experience? - Previous experience as a retail field sales merchandiser or representative with large retail stores. - Ability to work independently and manage a store visit schedule effectively. - Must possess a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle for business use, and proof of vehicle insurance. - This role requires the physical ability to lift products up to 40 pounds and be comfortable standing, kneeling, and bending for extended periods. #LI-Remote #LI-HM1 The anticipated pay range for candidates who will work in Texas is $18.00 to $19.00 Per Hour. • Conduct in-process and system audit at supplier to ensure production process compliance with agreement. • Monitor the quality corrective action plan implement at supplier side to improve the product quality in mass production stage. • Suggest and follow up supplier production improvement process and to avoid systematic quality occurred. • Follow up quality issue from QC inspection to maintain product quality performance. • Provide training to 3rd party inspection agency and factory QC inspector to align the product quality requirement. • Coach and monitor new process implement in the factory to ensure product quality comply with requirement. • Handle product qualification test including internal testing and worldwide toy standard testing throughout the whole product development stage. • Coordinate review meeting with factories. • Perform analysis on quality defects, provide correction feedback and document all issues encountered. • Conduct new factory assessment in quality areas. • Write up product conformity test plan and shipment inspection specification.
