• Accept loads on the customer's portal within 2 hours of receipt and log them into our internal system. • Accurately enter and update data into company platforms such as TM3, Airtable, spreadsheets, or other internal tools. • Verify the accuracy of incoming data and perform corrections or status updates as needed. • Maintain organized digital records to ensure accessibility and data security. • Collaborate with the operations team to review records and rate information for accuracy and completeness. • Identify and correct errors using appropriate quality control procedures. • Conduct regular data audits to maintain integrity and consistency across systems. • Retrieve and provide data to authorized personnel in a timely and efficient manner. • Generate routine reports and summaries from databases as required. • Adhere to all data security, confidentiality protocols, and privacy regulations.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in data entry, administration, or similar roles is a plus.
- High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and/or Airtable; experience with TM3 is a plus.
- Comfortable working with deadlines and time-sensitive tasks.

Role Description Chegg is currently hiring for Thinkful - one of its Online Learning Services.
