• Mentorship & Guidance: Lead team through logistical, relational, and spiritual aspects of their trip. • Facilitating Ministry: Oversee and support service projects, relational ministry, and outreach. Encourage participants during ministry time while maintaining oversight to ensure that projects and tasks are running smoothly, supplies needed are available, and questions are answered. • Relational Leadership: Build and maintain positive relationships with local PPM church partners and ministries. • Debrief & Devotions: Assist in leading evening devotions and Gospel centered debriefs. • Logistical Support: Properly maintain budget and record trip expenses, help prepare meals for the team each day, manage supplies and inventory, drive to and from ministry sites, and ensure lodging facilities are clean and well-maintained during the week.

• Understand and adhere to the National EMR Policies and Procedures Manual, Uniform Handbook, and Operations Manual. • Foster a culture that encourages team members to work safely, identify potential hazards, and report safety concerns immediately to their direct chain of command. • Maintain active status within the agency’s platforms, including learning management systems to complete training that may be directed toward self-improvement, mission-specifics, or Just-In-Time (JIT) training. • Responsible for vital signs on patients. • Responsible for assisting patients with activities of daily living to include but not limited to grooming and bathing, helping patients with eating, assisting with mobility, etc. • Ensure complete and appropriate documentation on medical records. • Collaborates with nurses (LVNs and RNs) for duties or tasks to be completed by end of shift. • Familiarity with signs and symptoms of improved or declined medical status. • Reports changes in patient’s conditions quickly and efficiently to LVN or RN. • Ensures patient’s comfort and well cared for while under the care of Doctors and Nurses. • Ensures patient’s room are stocked with adequate supplies as deemed necessary. • Know and recognize the signs of abuse, neglect, exploitation, and sexually provocative behavior when observing clients and implement professional response, reporting, and documenting procedures. • Maintain first aid kits per licensing standards. • Assist in medical intake process in collaboration with other medical staff. • Maintain confidentiality of health care records and information in keeping with HIPAA, Protected Health Information (PHI) requirements and National EMR confidentiality protocol and procedures. • Assist with distributing daily medical list to all designated staff. • Participate in transport of clients to and from the medical clinic for medical appointments. • Implement National EMR safety protocols including evacuating with clients and other staff in case of an emergency. • Other duties as assigned.

• Answers nurse call system to determine resident needs. • Assists residents with dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, bathing, hair, and incontinence care. • Obtains food trays and assists residents with eating. • Assists residents with range of motion exercises, and movement to/from wheelchair or activity areas. • Assists resident with turning and positioning in bed. • Assists resident with ambulation as indicated in the facility. • Takes and records temperature, blood pressure, pulse and respiration rates, and food and fluid intake and output, as directed. • Documents ADLs, resident personal cares, and device use on flow sheets or task sheets as directed. • Attends interdisciplinary meetings as needed to provide input into selected resident's plans of care. • Documents restorative services provided following facility policies and procedures. • Assists facility staff to provide person-centered cares based on indicated preferences. • Ensures punctuality and regular attendance for assigned shifts.

• Provide high-quality, tailored coaching to clients on behalf of our coaches, acting as a seamless extension of their brand. • Execute end-to-end coaching tasks, including the deployment of coach templates and the application of specific protocols. • Manage client inboxes daily to provide motivation and answer questions within established service levels. • Maintain a credible and authentic coaching presence in all client interactions. • Ensure seamless integration with coach workflows by adapting to their specific working hours, weekly rhythms, and coaching philosophies. • Maintain the ability to handle multiple coaches and distinct brand identities simultaneously, ensuring no cross-contamination of coaching styles or protocols. • Adhere to our SLAs for response times and proactive reach-outs to clients. • Manage the commercial lifecycle of clients, including handling renewals and cancellations. • Identify upsell opportunities and successfully handle them end-to-end. • Serve as the first line of support for clients navigating the app, ensuring a smooth digital onboarding experience. Escalate to the Support team when necessary.
