• The Zone Content Expert acts as the Above Market Single Point of Contact (SPOC), supporting Zone eBusiness Category Leads in implementing and accelerating Holistic Content operations (e.g., Content Studio & Content Services) across markets. • Collaborates closely with global and regional teams to ensure seamless content execution and capability building. • Support Category Leads in strategy execution and content capability building across markets. • Advocate use of Nestlé’s content operating models and global solutions. • Coordinate content execution plans across categories, SBUs, and markets. • Guide content localization based on brand plans and define continuous improvement initiatives. • Provide performance reports, insights, and recommendations. • Drive training and capability building across all levels in content tools and systems. • Establish governance and efficient ways of working for content deployment. • Ensure IBS and MSE solutions are effectively used and aligned with business objectives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, content operations, or eBusiness, preferably in a regional or global organization.
- Experience working with cross-functional and multi-market teams is highly valued.
- Previous exposure to content governance, digital asset management tools, or content production workflows (e.g., Content Studios, Content Services) is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of content management systems, digital content workflows, and eCommerce content requirements.
- Familiarity with Nestlé's or similar content operating models (Content Hub, toolkits, playbooks, etc.).
- Proficient in using collaboration platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams, SharePoint) and data/reporting tools for insights and performance tracking.
- Experience with content localization processes across multiple markets.
- Self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset and strong attention to detail.
