• Shooting, editing, animating: You’ll develop new content formats for TikTok, Instagram & YouTube together with our Social Media Manager, with AI considered from the start. • You’ll learn to use AI-supported production workflows: automated editing, B-roll generation and reusable templates so each reel doesn’t have to start from scratch. • You’ll experiment with tools like Remotion (React-based, programmatic motion design) and introduce new AI approaches to the team. • You’ll test formats and variants — e.g. hook, format, length — and evaluate what works using completion rate and reach. • You’ll work closely with our Social Media Manager and have interesting personalities in front of the camera — your work will be visible on the respective channels (trust me, it’s a great feeling!).
