We’re currently hiring full-time Associate Therapists who are committed to delivering high-quality care in a fast-paced environment where consistency and structure matter. While this is a fully remote position, it is not self-scheduled. Our team works standard 8-hour days, Monday through Friday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, and full-time clinicians carry a caseload of up to 32 weekly sessions once fully onboarded. Some days may include up to 7 clients, with as many as 4 sessions scheduled back-to-back. While these heavier days usually happen only a few times per week, we want to be clear: this is a full-time clinical role with a consistent, structured schedule and full-time responsibilities.
