• Dans le cadre d’un déploiement Move to cloud AZURE interne d’un de nos client, recherche un consultant Gestionnaire de la ligne de service de l’offre cloud interne de notre client • Gestion de projet et conduite du changement • Liaison avec les équipes business office et delivery du client • Travailler sur la communication afin de créer de l’engagement pour l’offre de service en interne • Travailler sur le catalogue de service selon les niveaux de services attendus • Analyser le retour sur l'investissement financier et la documentation associée à l’offre de service • Compréhension des produits délivrés sur AZURE • Piloter/organiser/reporter l’activité globale de ses projets • Maîtrise de la communication pour le client • Gestion de l’offre produit AZURE afin de renforcer le catalogue de service • Animer les instances de pilotage et produire les éléments de suivi et de reporting
Job Requirements
- Diplômé d’une école d’Ingénieurs ou d’un Master 2 en IT
- Au moins 6 ans d'expérience professionnelle dans le monde IT si possible sur des offres de move to cloud
- Maîtrise de la chefferie/direction de projet
- Environnement Microsoft (Azure, Modern Workplace)
- Adaptabilité dans la gestion des priorités
- Capacité à vulgariser des problèmes complexes
- Connaissance des organisations clients complexes
- Autonomie
- Communication
- Gestion de l’offre produit
- Aguerri aux méthodologies cycle en V pour la gestion du client
- Familier de la méthode Agile/Scrum
- Parle couramment français et anglais

The Role Director II, SLED Capture & Proposal Management – Public Sector Location: CO, VA, or Remote (as approved) Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role The Director II, SLED Capture & Proposal Management leads capture and proposal strategy for State, Local, Education, and Healthcare (SLED) markets within Lumen Public Sector. This role is accountable for driving growth across diverse, highly decentralized customers through competitive procurements, cooperative contracts, master service agreements, and strategic partnerships. Reporting to the Vice President, Public Sector Capture & Proposal Management, this leader oversees SLED capture and proposal teams and external partners, ensuring disciplined execution while adapting strategies to varied procurement models, funding structures, and customer needs. This role requires a blend of strategic market leadership and hands-on operational expertise, requiring strong judgment, adaptability, and the ability to influence across sales, solutions engineering, product, and operational teams. The director will oversee SLED capture and proposal teams, manage external partners, and ensure disciplined, repeatable, high‑quality pursuit execution. The Main Responsibilities SLED Capture & Market Strategy •Develop and execute capture strategies for high value SLED opportunities across state agencies, municipalities, education systems, and healthcare organizations. •Align capture priorities to Lumen’s SLED growth strategy, contract portfolio, and regional sales plans. •Tailor capture approaches to diverse SLED procurement models, budget cycles, timelines, and funding sources (e.g., federal grants, state appropriations, bond measures).
