Requires Master’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or closely related field & 3 yrs experience in agricultural, and/or biotechnology industry creating data pipelines using data fusion techniques in Google BigQuery with SQLx and/or Google Cloud Dataform with JavaScript; orchestrating data workflows using Google Cloud Composer, Google Cloud Workflows, and/or Google Cloud Functions/Cloud Run; designing & implementing CI/CD pipelines in GitHub to automate, build, test and deploy data models using Conda and Poetry; conducting exploratory & statistical data analysis using data science packages in Python and/or R; deploying statistical & machine learning models and ensuring their production readiness on Domino Data Lab and/or AWS; developing dashboards & reports using agronomic data in Tableau, TIBCO Spotfire, and Microsoft Power BI; and analyzing & building models using agricultural datasets, including phenotypic, genomic, and experimental designs, integrating environmental and climate data to generate key insights.
