Dabei automatisierst du Workflows und bindest Unternehmensdaten über etablierte Frameworks wie LangChain oder MCP ein – für echte AI-Features mit Mehrwert. Job Summary: The Junior Software Asset Manager supports the full lifecycle of software assets across the organization, ensuring accurate inventory, compliance with licensing requirements, and effective coordination with technical and business teams. This role is fully remote and requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and the ability to collaborate and facilitate discussions across departments. Job Duties: - Maintain and update the software asset inventory, including entitlements, deployments, renewals, and usage data. - Support software license compliance activities, including internal reviews and vendor audits. - Track renewals, subscription terms, and maintenance agreements to ensure timely action. - Analyze usage data to identify optimization opportunities and reduce unnecessary spend. - Assist with the configuration, data quality, and reporting within SAM tools. - Collaborate with IT Operations, Procurement, Security, and Finance to validate installations and align software usage with organizational policies. - Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to review software needs, usage trends, and compliance status. - Prepare reports and dashboards using Excel and other Office 365 tools. - Contribute to process documentation and continuous improvement of SAM workflows.
