Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, marketing, education, or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years’ experience leading or managing teams. - Minimum of 5 years’ direct experience engaging with KOLs or physician faculty, with demonstrated relationship building capability. - Familiarity with global HCP compliance practices and cross border engagement considerations. - Strong insight into key cardiovascular KOLs and clinical influencers. - Experience leading operational improvements or scaling education systems. - Ability to lead a team while also operating effectively as an individual contributor in a fast-paced environment. - Experience designing and delivering training and education programs within the medical device industry. - Ability to simplify and present complex clinical or technical topics effectively. - Experience presenting to or negotiating with customers, hospitals, physicians, and professional organizations. - Demonstrated success working in cross functional, field based, and matrixed environments. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a proven ability to collaborate effectively. - Strong project management skills with the ability to resolve issues and meet deadlines.
