Wing Assistant
• System Integration: Building and maintaining "Zaps" to connect various platforms (Kajabi to Keep to Stripe, etc.). • Data Management: Updating spreadsheets and ensuring data flows correctly from AI systems/LLMs into the CRM. • Marketing Automation: Managing email marketing triggers and backend flows within Keep and Kajabi.
Job Requirements
- At least 3 years experience in system integrations and full stack marketing.
- Must understand complex integration logic and technical documentation for AI/LLM connections.
- Must manage Help Scout inquiries and internal team communications.
- Ability to pivot/react to changes "on the fly" via WhatsApp or calls.
