• Develop and execute a robust sales strategy focused on the Government/Public Sector in KSA to drive revenue growth and market penetration. • Own and consistently achieve annual sales targets through proactive business development and strategic account management. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across ministries, government entities, and regulatory bodies. • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within the public sector, including large-scale and high-value deals. • Lead product presentations, demonstrations, and high-level discussions showcasing the value proposition of SaaS solutions to senior stakeholders. • Maintain a strong sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting through CRM tools. • Work closely with pre-sales, product, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure successful deal closure and client onboarding. • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and government initiatives to identify growth opportunities. • Build and leverage partnerships with system integrators, consultants, and local partners to enhance market reach.

Job Requirements

  • Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written) – mandatory
  • Currently based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
  • Minimum 8+ years in enterprise software sales (SaaS preferred)
  • Proven experience selling to KSA Government entities (HEALTH CLUSTERS, COMMISSIONS, COUNCILS, DEVELOPMENT FUNDS AND BANKS, DIRECTORATES, MUNICIPALITIES, PROGRAMS)
  • Demonstrated track record of closing large enterprise deals (SAR 500K+ minimum)
  • Strong understanding of government procurement, tenders, and vendor registration processes in KSA
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS sales, with a strong focus on the Government/Public Sector in KSA
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong experience in enterprise solution selling to government entities, large enterprises, or regulated industries
  • Established network within Saudi government organizations is highly preferred
  • Experience in managing large deal cycles and strategic accounts
  • Strong understanding of SaaS, digital transformation, or enterprise platforms
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field (MBA is a plus)
