Role Description The Pre-Foreclosure Associate plays a key supporting role within the Default Services team, focusing on the accurate preparation and maintenance of pre-foreclosure files. This position is responsible for assisting with foundational pre-foreclosure activities, including: - Building pre-review foreclosure folders - Compiling required documentation from internal systems - Ensuring data accuracy throughout the process Key responsibilities include: - Organizing loan documentation - Manually entering property inspection results - Supporting the tracking of loans within the pre-foreclosure pipeline - Ensuring files are complete and aligned with internal procedures, regulatory requirements, and investor guidelines prior to review - Working closely with internal teams to resolve missing documentation - Escalating issues as needed This position is ideal for a detail-oriented and process-driven individual looking to build experience in default servicing.
