Job Requirements

  • A minimum of 10 years experience in digital media, media buying and creative for beauty, wellness, lifestyle (and similar) brands
  • Proven track record of growing e-commerce brands through integrated marketing approaches with a focus on performance & brand marketing channels including paid social & search, retention, acquisition, etc
  • Experience managing and developing high performing teams from junior to senior levels in growth marketing
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to maintain executive relationships with CEO/CMO’s of startups and an understanding of board/funding and able to cater to executive needs, create board decks, etc
  • Understanding of DTC/e-commerce businesses and can advise on key impact areas
  • Ability to forecast cross-channel performance and contribution to overall business
  • Experience building UGC and other in-house content pipelines

About the Role As Growth Marketing Manager, you will own Flockler's marketing engine from strategy to execution, leading a small team and managing our agency partnerships.
