• Develop a consistent voice and tone for Reedsy’s brand across multiple channels; • Write copy for our landing pages, lead magnets, email campaigns and social media ads; • Come up with new creative ideas to convert our traffic; • Report on modal A/B tests, email campaign stats (open/click rates and goal conversions), and social media ads performance; • Help us segment our audiences to tailor our messaging; and • Work closely with a team of content creators on ad and modal copy, graphic assets, storyboards and video scripts.

• Offering support to Reedsy users; • Reviewing projects submitted on the platform; • Building customer funnels (design emails and in-app messages) to reactivate users and introduce Reedsy's features to them; • Maintaining and update our FAQ based on user feedback and questions; • Suggesting product features based on user feedback; and • Contributing to maintaining a high NPS (currently at 86!).

• Design and implement AI-powered tools for authors (e.g. a narrative co-pilot, visual storyboarding assistant, etc.); • Improve internal workflows by automating repetitive tasks and enhancing UX across our products; • Build internal tools for AI development, including evaluation benchmarks and automated testing; • Collaborate closely with engineers and operations teams to identify high-impact AI opportunities.

Responsibilities We’ve built an app called Studio that allows writers to develop their worlds and characters, improve their craft, and share their story with the world as a print or digital book. It’s unique and already used by tens of thousands each day. Your role is to grow the number of monthly active users into the millions, and turn Studio into the most essential app for authors. You’ll tap into new audiences, convert existing Reedsy users to Studio, and spread the word about why Studio is the best tool out there for writing and editing books. You will: Define objectives for growth with Reedsy’s management; Leverage Reedsy’s existing ecosystem by implementing referral campaigns and driving user advocacy; Grow our top of funnel through a network of affiliates and influencers, as well as partnerships with brands and publications; Work with our content team to create engaging content for social media and organize events; Tap into new audiences and try unproven community growth strategies.
