Title: Co-op, Internal AI Operations - Summary 2026 Location: Remote Term: 4 months Start Date: May 4th, 2026 We're looking for a curious, hands-on Co-op / Intern to help develop and operationalize AI workflows and automations that change how our teams work every day. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, Office of the CEO, you will serve as our internal AI change agent and partner with AI Champions across the organization to identify and help build AI-powered solutions that drive measurable efficiency gains and unlock capacity across the business. This is a role for someone with a strong interest in technology who’s excited to get hands-on with AI and ready to experiment, learn through failure, and adapt quickly along the way. WHAT YOU'LL DO: - Partner with AI Champions across the organization to identify workflows that we can automate or accelerate using AI at a global SaaS company - Assist in building and prototyping AI-powered automations and workflows using tools like Gemini, the Anthropic API, Zapier, or similar platforms - Test, iterate, and improve based on real feedback from the teams you are working with - Track, document, and report on results to measure real impact across the organization - Gain direct exposure to executive-level decision making by working closely with the Chief of Staff and leadership team to report on program progress WHAT YOU’LL NEED: - Interest in Building with AI: Some understanding on how to create AI agents is an asset. Personal projects, hackathons, and self-directed experiments count just as much as coursework - Technical Skills: Knowledge or interest in working with APIs, AI tooling, and automation platforms such as Anthropic AI, Gemini, or Zapier. Basic programming/scripting skills are an asset (i.e. Python, JavaScript). - Creativity and Innovation: You seek new and better ways of doing things, test ideas quickly, learn from what breaks, and implement improvements quickly - Operations Skills: You're drawn to how things work and how to make them work better.
