IT Project Manager

Role Description This position is responsible for overseeing and managing technical IT projects. In this role, under the direction of the ITS Project Management Office, the Project Manager will: - Plan, direct and coordinate activities surrounding department or organizational project(s) and initiative(s) to ensure goals and objectives are met within prescribed time frame and funding parameters. - Manage all phases of IT projects - feasibility, planning, design, build, test, implement, and close. - Follow the ITS project management lifecycle and governance process. - Use the enterprise PPM tool for project management and team collaboration. - Build and lead cross-functional project teams. - Develop, resource, and manage project work plans. - Facilitate information flow between project team members, management, vendors, and other project stakeholders. - Facilitate and operationalize relationships with external organizations, vendors, and other strategic partners. - Collaborate with PMO team members and other ITS stakeholders to foster continuous improvement of BMCHS ITS project management practices. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree Required - Preference for a degree in project management, IT, engineering, or business - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (required) or the ability to obtain it within 6 months of employment - Experience with tools used for project management (MS Project, Planview, ServiceNow PPM, Clarity, Jira, etc.) preferred - Master’s degree a plus Requirements - 7-10 years of experience in project management, including software/system project experience - Experience in all phases of project management on medium-to-large-scale projects - Business process flow analysis experience preferred - Healthcare project management experience (e.g. hospital, health insurance, pharmacy, Medicare, Medicaid, etc.) preferred - IT project management experience (e.g. enterprise software implementation/upgrade, hardware implementation/upgrade, IT infrastructure projects, health insurance product implementation, etc.) - Proven success working in a highly matrixed environment - Proven experience in managing multiple vendors - Prior supervisory experience a plus - Demonstrated technical skills and knowledge Benefits - Generous total compensation that includes benefits (medical, dental, vision, pharmacy) - Discretionary annual bonuses and merit increases - Flexible Spending Accounts - 403(b) savings matches - Paid time off - Career advancement opportunities - Resources to support employee and family well-being Compensation Range $89,500.00 - $130,000.00. This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications. However, our approach to determining base pay is comprehensive, and a broad range of factors is considered when making an offer. Estamos en búsqueda de: Project Manager SAP S/4HANA Principales responsabilidades: - Liderar proyectos SAP relacionados con assessments, conversiones y migraciones a SAP S/4HANA. - Planificar, coordinar y hacer seguimiento de las distintas fases del proyecto, asegurando cumplimiento de alcance, plazos y calidad. - Coordinar equipos multidisciplinares (funcionales, técnicos y negocio). - Gestionar riesgos, dependencias y planes de acción durante el ciclo de vida del proyecto. - Asegurar la correcta aplicación de metodologías de gestión de proyectos en entornos SAP. - Actuar como interlocutor principal con los distintos stakeholders del proyecto. Requerimientos: Excluyentes: - Titulación universitaria finalizada. - Experiencia mínima de 5 años en gestión de proyectos SAP, especialmente en proyectos de assessment y/o migraciones a SAP S/4HANA. - Participación en al menos 3 proyectos de conversión a SAP S/4HANA o consultorías previas similares demostrables. - Conocimiento de metodologías de gestión de proyectos. - Experiencia y conocimiento técnico y funcional del sistema SAP.
