Enterprise Application Administrator

• Administer, monitor, and improve cloud-based enterprise applications, ensuring best practices, security, performance, and scalability. • Support the configuration, customization, and administration of Salesforce, including user management, enhancements, data integrity, and security. • Participate in projects related to new enterprise application selection, expansion, migrations, and decommissioning. • Document processes, configurations, and best practices for application management, integrations, and support. • Manage Salesforce users, profiles, roles, permission sets, and access reviews. • Configure Salesforce using declarative tools such as Flows, workflows, validation rules, and approval processes. • Coordinate Salesforce releases, testing, and deployment of new features. • Provide Salesforce user training, onboarding, and ongoing support. • Response to support tickets raised by internal stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in administering and supporting enterprise applications and/or integrations.
- At least 5 years of general IT experience
- Salesforce administrator certification.
- Experience administering Salesforce lightning, including configuration, customization, user management, workflows, and reporting.
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies and experience with enterprise SaaS application management.
- Knowledge of IT practices and experience implementing security measures for enterprise applications.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce automation tools such as Flows.
- Experience creating and maintaining reports, dashboards, and analytics in Salesforce.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
