Qualifications - Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Versorgungstechnik, Kälte-/Klimatechnik, Gebäudetechnik oder vergleichbar. - Erste Berufserfahrung in der technischen Planung oder Projektkoordination – ob Handwerk, Planungsbüro oder Industrie. - Sicheres Verständnis für Systemauslegung und technische Dokumentation. - Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise – auch remote funktionierst du zuverlässig ohne Mikromanagement. - Klare, verbindliche Kommunikation auf Deutsch – schriftlich wie mündlich. - Nice to have: Erfahrung mit Wärmepumpen, VRF-Systemen oder Förderprogrammen (BAFA, KfW). - Nice to have: Kenntnisse in digitalen Tools wie CRM-Systemen.
