Role Description Zur Umsetzung der Maßnahme “Prozessberatung an Schulen” suchen wir interessierte systemische Prozessberater:innen auf Honorarbasis, die Schulen während des Prozesses begleiten. Angesprochen sind sowohl bereits ausgebildete systemische Berater:innen als auch Personen, die sich in einer fortgeschrittenen Phase ihrer systemischen Ausbildung befinden und kurz vor dem Abschluss stehen. Die Aufgabe kann als Abschlussprojekt für eine laufende Ausbildung genutzt werden. - Gestalten des Beratungsprozesses an einer Schule im Rahmen der Entwicklung hin zu einer diversitätssensiblen, inklusiven und diskriminierungsfreien Schulkultur - Unterstützung von Planung und Auswertung geeigneter Aktivitäten der schulischen Steuergruppe sowie Moderation von Arbeits- und Abstimmungsprozessen - Regelmäßige Abstimmung mit dem KIWI-Team und Teilnahme an (digitalen) Koordinations- und Austauschtreffen zwischen Schulen, Prozessberater:innen und KIWI-Team - Dokumentation und Aufbereitung des Beratungsprozesses - Mitwirkung an der Qualitätssicherung der Maßnahme, Teilnahme an Auswertungsgesprächen sowie Ableitung von Empfehlungen zur weiteren Umsetzung (z. B. Kommunikation, Struktur, Organisation) - Identifikation von Bedarfen an KIWI-Bildungsangeboten, wie Fortbildungen und Workshops, für die jeweilige Schule und Verwaltung des dafür vorgesehenen Kontingents sowie Abstimmung und Koordination der entsprechenden Angebote mit dem KIWI-Team Qualifications - Theoretisch oder vollständig abgeschlossene Ausbildung in systemischer Beratung, Organisationsentwicklung oder Prozessbegleitung - Erfahrungen oder Qualifizierungen (z.B. Fort- und Weiterbildungen) in der diskriminierungskritischen Bildungsarbeit oder in angrenzenden Praxisfeldern sind von Vorteil - Erste Erfahrungen in der Prozessbegleitung oder in der Arbeit mit dem System Schule oder im außerschulischen Bereich sind wünschenswert - Grundlegendes Interesse an Schul- und Organisationsentwicklung - Offenheit, sich in Themen wie Schutzkonzepte, Beschwerdeverfahren oder Antimobbing-Strukturen einzuarbeiten - Interesse an Themen wie transkulturelles Lernen, Migration und Flucht, Diversität und Partizipation - Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Selbstorganisation und Flexibilität Requirements - Die Maßnahme “Prozessberatung an Schulen” des KIWI-Programms wurde zwischen 2023 und 2025 an vier Schulen aus Nordrhein-Westfalen und Sachsen pilotiert. - Die Prozessberatung wird als Angebot des KIWI-Programms in der Förderperiode 2026-2028 fortgeführt und auf insgesamt 18 Schulen ausgeweitet. - Die Beratungsprozesse beginnen voraussichtlich im Juli 2026. Das Projekt wird im Dezember 2028 abgeschlossen. - Für die Prozessberatung steht ein Stundenkontingent von insgesamt 150 Stunden pro Schule zur Verfügung. - Das Honorar beträgt 70€ pro Stunde. - Zu Beginn der Maßnahme „Prozessberatung an Schulen“ wird es für alle systemischen Prozessberater:innen eine digitale Einführung in das Projekt geben. - Die Teilnahme an der Einführung in das Projekt und der Auftaktveranstaltung ist Voraussetzung für die Mitarbeit im KIWI-Programm.
