Use screen readers, keyboard navigation, and automated scanning tools to identify WCAG 2.1 AA violations. • Fix them in the codebase: Write and ship code fixes directly. Many fixes involve adding ARIA labels, correcting semantic HTML, fixing focus management, adjusting color contrast, and ensuring keyboard navigability. You'll work in the production codebase, not in a separate report. • Use AI tools to move fast: Leverage Claude Code, Gemini, and other AI-assisted development tools to accelerate remediation across a high volume of pages and components. We ship new features and products constantly - you need to keep pace. • Support annual VPAT compliance: While you'll drive continuous accessibility improvement, the organization will still conduct one external VPAT audit per year for contractual compliance.
