You will be primarily responsible for… - Performing Property Condition Assessments (PCAs) nationwide as well as other property related services. - Conducting walk-through surveys and assessments of major building systems, structures and foundations. - Developing proactive solutions and estimating costs to remedy any physical deficiencies and publishing a written report detailing building conditions per ASTM Standards and client-specific scopes of work.
