Freelance Content Quality Auditor

• Conduct thorough audits of product content to ensure accuracy, clarity, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines. • Execute audits in line with provided audit frameworks, ensuring all required checks and criteria are applied consistently. • Identify, categorize, and document content quality issues. • Provide clear, constructive, and actionable feedback to content creators and relevant stakeholders. • Leverage various tools and software, such as Google Sheets, ensuring all data is accurately recorded and easily accessible for review. • Maintain strong organizational practices; manage workload across multiple tasks/projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines reliably. • Support adjacent content-related processes such as inventory checks, general QA, and data quality assurance. • Label and annotate data according to detailed annotation guidelines to support the training and evaluation of LLMs and other machine learning models. • Ensure all labelling outputs are complete, traceable, and recorded correctly in required formats/tools.
Job Requirements
- Fluent English speaker (C1+).
- Formally registered as a freelancer in your country of residence.
- Available to work a minimum of 15 hours per week for GetYourGuide.
- A reliable remote setup with a stable internet connection and access to required tools.
- Proven experience in content auditing, content moderation, quality assurance, data labelling, and/or annotation.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Comfortable working in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Ability to provide clear, structured, and actionable feedback.
- Strong time management skills; ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a distributed team.
- Professional communication skills and reliability in meeting deadlines and following guidelines.
- Candidates with experience in the travel, tourism, or marketplace/e-commerce industry will be prioritized.
