What You Will Be Doing: - Closely coordinate with the OEM Global Account Managers (GAMs) in order to work on prioritized customer platforms, software stacks and solutions that map to critical business priorities - Work with OEM partners to architect enterprise grade storage solutions with a focus on scalable performance and data durability - Training OEM technologists and field specialists on AI storage and networking solution offerings from NVIDIA. - Work as a key member of our OEM team as a technical authority on NVIDIA products - Some travel to conferences and customers may be required (20%) What We Need To See: - BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, other Engineering or related fields (or equivalent experience) - 8+ Years proven experience as a solution architect or technical presales role - Experience with Intel x86 and ARM architectures, networking, storage, and GPU solutions - Hands-on experience with high-performance storage systems: Lustre, GPFS, Ceph, distributed object storage, enterprise SAN/NAS - Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to explain complex technical topics to non-expert - Proven track record exemplifying how you have assisted customers from bring-up, through testing, through GTM readiness Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd: - Experience crafting and operating RDMA-accelerated HPC/AI clusters at scale, with hands-on expertise with network topologies and large-scale switch/router deployments - Background in jointly developing storage networks for AI/ML training pipelines, large-scale inference, and agentic AI workflows. - Proficiency in hybrid cloud storage and networking solutions (like Kubernetes CSI, cloud-native fabrics, and hybrid on-prem/cloud setups). - Experience with NVIDIA GPUs and software libraries, such as NVIDIA NIM, NVIDIA NeMo Framework, NVIDIA Triton Inference Server, TensorRT, TensorRT-LLM - Experience with large-scale cluster bring-up and operation. In this role, your focus will be to provide deep hands-on networking expertise with solution build, automation, and customer-facing consulting to deploy large-scale AI factories. As Solution Architects on the NVIDIA Partner Network team, we are actively helping NVIDIA AI Factory solutions bring the benefits of large scale AI to customers through our partners. We work closely with partners to address unsolved problems in the industry and help to deploy and operationalize AI solutions at scale! What you will be doing: - Providing Ethernet and routing expertise to customers during project delivery to design, architect and test Ethernet networking solutions - Working on multi-functional teams to provide Ethernet network expertise to server infrastructure builds, accelerated computing workloads and GPU enabled AI applications - Crafting and evaluating DevOps automation scripts for network operations, crafting architectures, and developing switch fabric configurations. - Implementing tasks related to network configuration and validation for data centers. Creating Methods of Procedure and deployment documents - Interacting with customers to obtain required information to design and build an optimal solution. Validating network architectures and configs in the lab - Use software tools to validate and monitor network performance What we need to see: - Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). Preferred qualifications include an advanced degree with 8+ years of proficiency in networking, data center architecture, and relevant certifications. - Strong Switching and Routing hands-on experience including BGP, VxLAN and EVPN Network fixing using a Sniffer (8+ years) - Strong Linux administration expertise with understanding of system-level issues, kernel drivers, PCIe devices, and computer hardware architecture (8+ years) - Engages with clients for network requirement analysis, builds next-gen data center network architectures, and validates functionality through simulations. Extensive experience in consulting or/and technical support(6+ years) - Background in datacenter engineering, CLOS networking architecture, or cloud applications is advantageous (4+ years) - Plays a pivotal role in automation, delivering fully automated network provisioning solutions using Ansible, Salt, and Python. • Collaborate with NVIDIA product, engineering and partners teams to understand NVIDIA’s reference architecture for data center infrastructure including power distribution, cooling systems, controls and monitoring, and network/cabling architecture. • Support customers and partners in quickly implementing this architecture into sophisticated and reliable data center builds. • Collaborate across the org to build processes, partner relationships and workflows to deliver and deploy large AI factories at speed of light (SOL). • Review and appraise customers' and partners' infrastructure build plans, verifying their compliance with NVIDIA reference architecture, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. • Delivering mentorship, expertise and suggestions to optimize performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness. • Review the operational efficiency, reliability, and readiness of data center infrastructure elements before initiating AI/HPC cluster deployments. • Implement and make quality assurance processes to ensure that deployments meet established specifications and performance benchmarks. • Conduct detailed bring-up, testing, and commissioning to validate the functionality and reliability of infrastructure components. • Develop partner-facing playbooks, deployment guides, and guideline documentation specific to AI factory implementations using NVIDIA reference builds. • Provide hands-on mentorship to partners on deploying NVIDIA AI factory; conduct workshops and develop runbooks to build partners expertise. • Serve as the representative of the customer/partner within NVIDIA, conveying field insights, deployment challenges, and optimization opportunities to NVIDIA internal and product engineering teams to support the seamless integration of data center infrastructure solutions.
